Article 1 (Application)

1.  Terms shall apply to all relations between User and Rion concerning the use of Services.
2.  In addition to Terms, Rion may establishes various rules for use of Services (hereinafter referred to as "The Individual Rules"). The Individual Rules, regardless of their names, shall constitute a part of Terms.
3.  In the event that a provision of Terms conflicts with a provision of The Individual Rules, the provision of The Individual Rules shall take precedence, unless otherwise specified.

Article 2 (Registration for Use)

1.  The person who wishes to register for Services shall agree to Terms and shall apply for the registration for use in the manner specified by Rion.
2.  If Rion determines that User has any of the following conditions, Rion may suspends or discontinue provision of all or part of Services. Rion shall not be obliged to disclose the reason for such suspension or discontinuation.
   (1) If false information is submitted at the time of application for the registration for use.
   (2) If the application is from a person who violated Terms.
   (3) In other cases where Rion deems the application of the registration for use to be inappropriate.

Article 3 (Management of ID and Password)

1.  User shall, at his/her own responsibility, properly manage the registered e-mail address (hereinafter referred to as "ID") and password of Services.
2.  User shall not, under any circumstances, register an e-mail address shared and managed by multiple persons as an ID.
3.  User shall not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend ID and password to a third party or share them with a third party. Rion considers the use of the ID and password as the use by the registered User when the combination of ID and password matches the registered information and User logs in.
4.  Rion shall not be liable for any damage caused by the use of ID and password by a third party, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Rion.
5.  User shall promptly change the registered information in the manner prescribed by Rion in the event of any change in the registered information.
6.  User shall, when notified by Rion of a request for confirmation of authentication of User's information, check that there are no deficiencies or changes in the registered information at that time within the period required for authentication as determined by Rion (hereinafter referred to as the "User Information Authentication Period"). If there are any changes in the registered information, User shall correct the registered information.

Article 4 (Prohibited Matters)

User shall not perform any of the following acts when using Services.

　(1) Acts that are or may be offensive to public order and morals, or that are or may be detrimental to the credibility or dignity of Rion.
　(2) Acts that are or may be criminal or that lead to criminal acts.
　(3) Acts that violate or may violate laws, regulations, or ordinances.
　(4) Acts that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights included in Services, such as the contents of Services.
　(5) Acts that cause or may cause disadvantage or damage to Rion or third parties.
　(6) Acts that obstruct or may obstruct the operation of Rion's services.
　(7) Acts that slander or defame Rion's products, services, Rion's executives or employees, or other Users, or acts that may lead to such slander or defamation.
　(8) Acts that commercially use information obtained by Services beyond the scope of Services use.
　(9) Acts of unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access.
　(10) Acts that collect or accumulate personal information, etc. concerning other Users.
　(11) Acts of using Services with an unauthorized purpose.
　(12) Acts of impersonating another User.
　(13) Acts of advertising, advertisement, solicitation, or sales on Services that are not authorized by Rion.
　(14) Acts that directly or indirectly provide benefits to anti-social forces in relation to Rion's services.
　(15) Acts of linking to this website without Rion's prior permission.
　(16) Any other acts that Rion deems inappropriate.

Article 5 (Suspension of Services, etc.)

1.  Rion may stop or suspend provision of all or part of Services without prior notice to User for any of the following reasons.
   　(1) When performing maintenance, inspection, or updating of the computer system related to Services. 　
   　(2) When the provision of Services becomes unfeasible due to disasters or force majeures such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, or power outages. 　
   　(3) When computers or communication lines have stopped due to an accident. 　
   　(4) In any other cases where Rion deems it unfeasible to provide Services.
2.  Rion shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by User or a third party due to suspension or interruption of Services.

Article 6 (Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration)

1.  Rion may restrict the use of all or part of Services or cancel the registration as User without prior notice if any of the following cases applies to User.
   (1) When any of the provisions of the Terms is violated.
   (2) When it is found that there is a false fact in the registered information.
   (3) When the identification of the user is not verified during User Information Authentication Period.
   (4) When there is no response to communications from Rion for a certain period of time.
   (5) When there is no use of Services for a certain period of time since the last use.
   (6) When Rion determines that the use of Service is not appropriate.
2.  Rion shall not be liable for any damage caused by Rion's actions in accordance with this article.

Article 7 (Withdrawal from Membership)

User may withdraw from Services by following the withdrawal procedure specified by Rion.

Article 8 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Disclaimer of Liability)

1.  Rion does not warrant either explicitly or implicitly, that Services are free from defects in fact or law (including safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, conformity to a particular purpose, defects in security, etc., errors or bugs, infringement of rights, etc.).
2.  Rion shall not be liable for any damage caused by Services to User.
3.  Rion shall not be liable for any transactions or disputes between User and other Users or third parties arising out of or in connection with Services.

Article 9 (Change of Service Contents, etc.)

Rion may change the contents of Services or stop providing Services without notice to User, and shall not be liable for any damage caused to User by such changes or termination.

Article 10 (Change of Terms of Use)

Rion may change Terms at any time without notice to User, if Rion deems it necessary. In addition, when User starts using Services after Terms have been changed, User is deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

Article 11 (Handling of Personal Information)

Rion shall properly handle the personal information acquired through the use of Services in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" separately stipulated.

Article 12 (Copyrights)

1.  Copyrights to this website and all text, photographs, images, illustrations, video, music, sound, and all other copyrighted materials posted on this website (including these materials, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Content") are the property of Rion, the original authors, or other rights holders (hereinafter collectively referred to as " Copyright Holder").
2.  Except as permitted by copyright law, Content may not be reproduced, publicly transmitted, distributed, modified, excised, or republished on your website without the prior permission of the Copyright Holder (hereinafter "Usage, Etc."). If you wish to use the Content, you are requested to obtain Rion's prior permission. However, Rion reserves the right to refuse permission to use Content that contains portraits, third-party copyrighted material, trademarks, or other material that Rion deems inappropriate.

Article 15 (Notice or Communication)

Notices or communications between User and Rion shall be made in the manner prescribed by Rion. Any inquiries regarding this website shall be submitted to Rion via the "Contact Us" form. Rion will consider the currently registered contact to be valid and will send notifications or communications to that contact, unless User notifies Rion of a change in a manner separately specified by Rion, in which case the notification or communication will be deemed to have reached User at the time it is sent.

Article 16 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)

User shall not transfer the position on Terms or the rights or obligations based on Terms to a third party or offer them as collateral without the prior consent of Rion in writing.

Article 17 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1.  Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2.  Any disputes arising in connection with Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of Rion's head office.
