To test the performance of the filter, controlled particle is emitted at the upper flow of the filter and measure how much particle is captured at filter. For upper flow, KC-22B with dilution unit XP-M8A is placed to measure original number of particle. At lower flow after filter, KC-22B, KC-22A or KC-24 is used depending on the predicted performance of the filter.
By comparing the number of particles for upper and lower flow, performance of filter can be tested.
