Finding the source of particles

In KC-52A, there is an audio mode which will make a beep sound at every set number of counts. For example, set particle size to 0.3μm and 100 counts. Once you start the measurement, KC-52A will make a beep sound every 100 counts at 0.3μm. If you move through the cleanroom, you may hear the change in pace of beep sound.
If the pace between beeps are getting longer, you can determin that there are less particles. If the pace is getting faster, it means KC-52A is counting 100 faster, hence there are more particles in the area.
Using this audio mode, it will allow you to search for a location where number of particle is large.
Even if you use multi-point system to monitor clean room, using audio mode of KC-52A can help search for the cause of particles.
