Measuring particles on parts surface

Prepare clean, particle free containar and fill with pure water. Measure the pure water to check there are no particle or less than target counts.
Place the test parts in the containar. Use tweezers and shake in the pure water or use ultrasonic cleaner to remove particle to pure water from parts.
When using ultrasonic cleaner, make sure it does not damage the surface of parts. Tweezers used must be clean and particle free as well.
After cleaning of parts, measure the number of particles in the containar and compare to see how much particles have been removed.
When ultrasonic cleaner is used, small bubbles will form. Make sure to let it settle and avoid end of the tube to come in contact with the wall of containar during measurement as they can effect the results.
